  • The photos simply do not convey how amazing this place was. The views were incredible and the place was beautiful. Every bedroom was splendid, many with private ensuites and writing desks. The fire place was divine and the outdoor archways and dining area were amazing.

  • Wow! Jaynes home exceeded all of our expectations. The Irish essence and rustic style holds so much beauty and warmth. The lawns, views, wild life and amenities were so lush, green and even more magic knowing Jayne and her family had contributed so much to the land and community. We had a big group and enjoyed lawn games, swimming, cooking and sitting around the gorgeous dining table, an outdoor fire, yoga and workshops in the retreat space reconnecting with old friends.

  • This is a magnificent place for a group of people to come together. Lots of little places to get away and be alone and plenty of beautiful spaces to all come together. The yoga room is absolutely divine! And Jayne is a fabulous host, extremely helpful in every way. We will definitely be back again. This was our second time and we loved it again!

  • Outstanding! This heavenly, spacious home with beautiful gardens is truly magical. It is reflective of the beautiful host’s welcoming and nurturing soul. The house offers an ideal space for large groups. With plenty of private nooks and crannies for some quiet time, and a large yoga studio, it is absolutely ideal for retreats of all kinds. The kitchen is neat and very well equipped, the pool is sparkling and the lawns were neatly mowed. We will definitely be back soon!

  • Diptipur Retreat is nestled into the hinterland of Bangalow amongst the rainforest. It is a Tuscan themed two storey farmhouse and has the most wonderful nurturing atmosphere. It can accommodate up to 9 people in separate rooms, some with ensuites, with little nooks and crannies both inside and outside for reflection. Last weekend was my third writers retreat there, with a group of fledgling women writers. At the end of every retreat we can’t wait to organise the next one. The beautiful ambience of the house with its tasteful furnishings from all over the world works magic on our creative selves and this is only enhanced by the warm and spacious living area and kitchen. As the text above the dining room spells out in many languages, it is a home that is surrounded by love.
